Change is the new normal, which means communicators need to be more skilled than ever in helping audiences to navigate uncertainty.

But in a noisy world, where so much is trying to get our attention, and where great change management is so critical, how do we cut through?

In this webinar, you'll learn how by simply understanding how our brains work, we can tailor our communication to support businesses to navigate change more effectively.

You'll come away from this event with:

  • an understanding of why humans behave the way they do when it comes to change

  • 5 top tips to embed that knowledge into your change communication practices

  • a clear picture on the difference between internal communication and change communication.
