Go behind the scenes of a real comms challenge! Discover what worked, what didn’t and the lessons learned in IABC Queensland’s Case Files.
What happens when you take a real communication challenge and unpack what actually happened?
Welcome to Case Files, IABC Queensland’s online event series taking a deep dive into real-world communication case studies.
Each session puts one case under the microscope. We’ll talk to the communicators behind the work and explore the challenge they faced, the people and communities impacted, the approach they took and, importantly, how it all went.
We’ll ask questions like:
What was the problem?
Who was impacted?
What did you do?
What worked, and what didn’t?
What would you change, if you could?
There’ll also be an opportunity to ask your own questions and dig deeper into the thinking, decisions and lessons behind the work.
Case File #1: Office of the Victims’ Commissioner
