As a valued member of IABC Queensland, we provide notice of the organisation’s 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM).

All current members are encouraged to attend and participate. Doing so provides a valuable opportunity to review the state of the organisation.

Board member nominations

During the AGM, nominations for board committee positions will be considered.

Interested members who can contribute their expertise and time to regular meetings and other activities supporting IABC Queensland’s work are encouraged to nominate.

To do so, complete this form and a current board member will be in touch to finalise your nomination.

All nominations must be received at least 14 days prior to the AGM.

Can’t attend? You don’t need to miss out!

If you cannot attend the meeting but want a member in attendance to vote on your behalf, please email iabcqld@gmail.com to request a proxy form. All proxy forms must be received by 14 days prior to the AGM.

Let your membership lapse?

Simply renew your membership before the AGM, and you can still attend and nominate for a board position. Renew online or email iabcqld@gmail.com.
